The Fire Phone Card, P/N 10-2728, is the primary control component required to facilitate selective talk firefighter’s telephone operation.
It provides twenty (20) configurable switches that allow emergency response personnel to selectively connect remote fire phones to the emergency communication systems phone riser, which originates from the Digital Paging Module, P/N 10-2727.
This connection allows twoway communication between the master fire phone located in the Fire Command Center (FCC) and the connected remote phone(s) strategically located throughout the facility.
Each switch has a corresponding LED that when lit provides positive indication of the connected status of the fire phone.
The card is equipped with an integral sounder that provides audible indication of an incoming phone call.
