The fabricated series allows flexibility in design, allowing us to meet specific requirements and features, customizable to our customer requirements.
We incorporate many of the same features found in our cast series, such as fully captured O ring seals, fully guided gates, tight tolerance, a for a performance that exceeds industry standard for performance.
Features- Size Range: 8" to 90" fabricated from commonly stainless & carbon steels, the materials are unlimited
- Body material: WCB (Carbon Steel) 304SS & 316SS
- Gate material: 304SS standard, optional 316SS, 2205
- Port options: Square or round port designs available
- Fabricated custom yokes, finished in a corrosion resistant powder coat
- Maximum operating pressure: 15 to 75 psi
- Maximum operating temperature: -40° to 1200°F
